Using this website
Please use this website lawfully and fairly. Don’t attempt to interfere with the site, misuse checkout or account features, or submit false or misleading information.
We aim to keep product photos, descriptions and stock accurate, but colours can vary slightly between screens and availability can change. If something you ordered is no longer available, we’ll let you know and sort it out together.
Prices
All prices are in Kenyan shillings (KSh) and include the price of the item itself — delivery is charged separately at checkout at a flat KSh 400 per order to supported destinations in Kenya. If a pricing error occurs, we may contact you to confirm or cancel the affected order rather than fulfil it at the wrong price.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy — it’s accepted when we confirm it and, where applicable, when payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order where necessary, and will tell you and refund any payment made if we do.
Payment
We accept M-PESA and supported card payments through Paystack. Payment is confirmed by Paystack before we dispatch. We do not accept cash on delivery or manual till payments. Never share your M-PESA PIN with us or through this website.
Delivery
We deliver within Kenya only. Nairobi orders confirmed early enough may arrive the same day; most other towns are targeted for next-day or overnight delivery, and remote destinations may take longer. Delivery is by Posta Kenya EMS to supported destinations; unsupported destinations cannot proceed to checkout. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched — contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, our returns process applies.
Returns & exchanges
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition. Change-of-mind returns are for exchange or store credit; the original delivery fee is not refundable and return delivery is the customer’s cost. For wrong, damaged or defective items, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos — we’ll cover the correction, which may be a replacement, exchange or refund. Eligible refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected, and we aim to complete them within 3–5 business days of approval via the original payment route where possible.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential, and for activity under your account. Tell us if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — images, text, branding and design — belongs to Udgoon Collection or its licensors. Please don’t reproduce or reuse it without written permission.
Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is covered by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
