RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Request an eligible return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Keep the piece unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition.
Change-of-mind returns are for exchange or store credit. The original delivery fee is not refundable; return delivery is your cost.
Wrong, damaged or defective?
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We confirm the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund, covering the cost of correction.
Refund timing
After receipt and inspection, eligible refunds are aimed to be completed within 3–5 business days of approval, through the original payment route where possible.
